Kamilla Hassander appointed new CFO of Smartfish
Kamilla Hassander has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Smartfish AS and started her new role 1st of April 2019.
“We are happy to announce Kamilla as the new Chief Financial Officer of Smartfish. Kamilla has a unique combination of broad financial experience, commercial instinct and strong leadership skills. Her experience from small startups to big blue-chip companies is a perfect fit for the next phase of Smartfish development. I look forward to working with Kamilla as a part of the management team where she will play a key role” says Geir Harstad, Chief Executive Officer of Smartfish.
Kamilla comes from a position as Senior Consultant at SJR and has experience from improving processes and implementing IFRS to meet the regulations required for being listed at Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market. Kamilla has almost 20 years of experience as financial executive in various companies and has a background as auditor at Deloitte. She also has experience as CFO and Board Member of First North listed start-up company Avensia Innovation (former LUVIT). Kamilla headed large transformation programs and held various Director positions at Tryg Forsikring A/S. Kamilla Hassander holds a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University.

Kamilla assumed the CFO position April 1. 2019, succeeding Christel Kanli in her CFO role. Christel will continue in her position as COO.
